Processing and Delivery Times
- Retail Orders: Most retail orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Bulk Orders: Given the volume, bulk orders may require a longer processing time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on current stock levels and manufacturing requirements. We will provide a specific estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation for all wholesale purchases.
Shipping Rates and Tracking
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We often offer free shipping on retail orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., ₹999). For bulk shipments, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the consignment and the destination. All customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number once the order has left our warehouse. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to stay updated on your package’s progress.
Shipping Constraints and Damages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate; Lakshay Garments is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with us so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
