Return Guidelines
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must log into their account on lakshaygarments.in and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We emphasize that clothing for men, women, and kids must be free of any odors (such as perfume or smoke), stains, or signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear, socks, and face masks are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Bulk and Wholesale Returns
Returns for bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because bulk sales often involve significant logistics and discounted pricing, we encourage our B2B clients to request samples before placing large orders. If a bulk shipment arrives damaged, the customer must document the damage with photographs and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will then arrange for a pickup and provide replacements or a credit note.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that the replacement stock is reserved for you immediately.
