Refund Policy

At Lakshay Garments, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both the individual shopper and our bulk retail partners.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. For retail orders, refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. For bulk orders, refunds are generally only processed in cases of manufacturing defects or the shipment of incorrect items, as these orders often involve high-volume inventory management. If a bulk order is returned for reasons other than a defect, a restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team at the email provided on our “Contact Us” page.
